Dispatch and delivery area
Orders dispatch from Canada and we deliver within Canada. Our online checkout accepts Canadian delivery addresses.
Delivery options

Working days leave out weekends and public holidays. Handling includes cutting and packing where applicable; transit starts after dispatch. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates.
The free-standard-delivery threshold is based on the goods subtotal after discounts. Express remains $30 even when standard delivery is free. Choose your service in the basket and check the total before paying.
Tracking and separate parcels
We email your tracking link after dispatch. Items in one order may arrive in separate parcels. Use our order tracking page, or contact us if a parcel is delayed or missing.
